After a difficult period in her life Jaki came across a book by Ramana Maharshi which completely changed her perspective on Life. She became later a devotee of Ramesh Balsekar for 21 years and this is where she met her husband Wayne Liquorman. When she started to embody Ramesh's teaching she began writing a book "Fifty&Fabulous" where she explores the mature stages in a woman's life and the potential for Enlightenment.
